Provide legal support in a dispute with a property management and maintenance company

The customer contacted us for help in the fight against the management company, which ignored the requirements for communal property maintenance


  • organized tenant and homeowner meeting;
  • submitted a class action claim to the district court
  • filed complaints with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and to the Housing Supervision Authority


As part of the settlement, the management company had agreed to repair the elevator, obligated its sub-contractor to paint the walls of the communal property, performed landscaping, conducted disinfestation of the garbage chute, installed new garbage cans, and vacated common storage area.
