We proposed the following strategy:

  • create a Debtor’s Assignment to another affiliated entity
  • issue a Notice of Debtor’s Assignment
  • resume proceeding in the court

Outcome

The claim was granted in its entirety, including the costs of legal fees and the state duty, and the court did not have question the assignment.
