Help to resolve a labor dispute

The client, a head of a large Chelyabinsk investment firm, needed our help in resolving a labor dispute. His employee had asked for an unplanned leave, and when his request had been refused, he submitted a letter of resignation. When he came back from vacation, he took legal action against our client, claiming that the letter of resignation had been forged.


We established that even though the plaintiff did not write the letter himself, he submitted it in person, which had been confirmed by several witnesses during the court hearing. Thus, the plaintiff had intentionally cancelled his employment agreement.
